How will I know when my pre-order ships?
As soon as your pre-order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
When am I charged for a pre-order?
Payment for pre-ordered item(s) is collected at checkout to reserve your item.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
We’re happy to help if you need to make an adjustment as long as the order hasn’t begun processing. Please reach out to our Customer Service team once your order has been placed to confirm if we are able to make changes.
Can I combine pre-order items with in-stock items?
Yes! You can check out with both pre-order and in-stock items together. In-stock items will generally ship within 2–3 business days, while your pre-order will ship once it arrives at our warehouse.
What happens if the estimated shipping date changes?
If there are any updates to the expected shipping date, we’ll email you right away so you always know what to expect.
How do returns and exchanges work for pre-orders?
Pre-orders follow the same return and exchange policy as our regular items unless otherwise noted.
What if my pre-order is out of stock or discontinued?
In the rare event we’re unable to fulfill your pre-order, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund promptly.
What if my pre-order is part of a promotion?
Any discount or promotion used at checkout will still apply to your pre-order.
