When initiating a return through our returns portal you can choose "Drop Off your Package at FedEx" or "Search locations near a zip code" and a list of accepted drop off locations will populate.

Pack the items in the original packaging or a secure, waterproof package. Cover your address label with your return label and return to your local FedEx drop off location.
