When initiating a return or exchange through our returns portal, please note that all return/exchange packages must be dropped off at an official FedEx location. Third-party drop-off locations, such as Walgreens, are not supported at this time.

Pack the items in the original packaging or a secure, waterproof package. Cover your address label with your return label and return to your local FedEx drop off location.
