- We highly recommend adding Bare Necessities Checkout+, a premium package protection for your order. With Checkout+, you can file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, even if Checkout+ is selected.
The cost of Checkout+ is calculated at checkout and is non-refundable once your order is placed.
- Bare Necessities Checkout+ is OPTIONAL. Ensure the option is UNCHECKED at the bottom of your order. This will remove protection from your order.
- If protection is removed at checkout, it will automatically stay removed from your account. If you repurchase again within 5 days and would like to add route + protection to your new order route + protection would have to be added.
- If you purchased Bare Necessities Checkout+ with your order, then you will receive a confirmation email from [email protected] with further detailed information.
What happens if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit?
If you purchased PJS Checkout+ with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through Bare Necessities Checkout+. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.
If you purchased Bare Necessities Checkout+ with your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to report theft or damage and can report a loss for domestic orders between 30 and 60 days after placing the order.
If your shipping issue has been accepted, then it will be dependent on your method of payout.
Direct Deposit: 1-3 business days following return acceptance
Refund to original form of payment: 1-3 business days following return acceptance
PayPal Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance
Venmo Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance- If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
Can we cancel Order Protection?
- Once your order has been placed, Bare Necessities Checkout+ may be removed through the email confirmation page up to 24 hours after order has been placed as long as the order has not yet been fulfilled.
- Outside of the 24 hours, we DO NOT refund Bare Necessities Checkout+ under any circumstances.
