Exchanging an item is easy! Just visit our Return/Exchange Portal to get started.

Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. 

We only accept exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.

You can exchange an eligible item for another item of the same price value.

Purchased your item on sale but sale price is no longer listed? No problem! If you are doing an even exchange, the original sale price will automatically be honored—no action needed.

Your new item will be shipped once your return is dropped off and scanned by FedEx. There is no return fee deducted when processing an exchange.

If your exchange order includes multiple return forms and labels, please ensure that each product is returned according to the correct form and label. This helps guarantee your return is processed quickly and accurately.

Exchanges are not accepted on Final Sale items.
