How do I exchange an item?Updated 21 days ago

Exchanging an item is easy! Just visit our Return/Exchange Portal to get started.

Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. 

We only accept exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.

You can do an even exchange on an item or opt to shop our site using store credit, which must be used within 5 days of issuing the credit. 

Purchased your item on sale but sale price is no longer listed? No problem! If you are doing an even exchange, the original sale price will automatically be honored—no action needed.

Your new item will be shipped once your return is dropped off and scanned by FedEx. There is no return fee deducted when processing an exchange.

Exchanges are not accepted on Final Sale items.
