Absolutely! During the return/exchange window, you can use our Full Store Exchange option to shop for a different item on our site.

Your exchange credit can be applied towards this new order. If your new item costs less than your available credit, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Once you begin the Full Store Exchange process, your credit must be used within 6 hours. The credit is tied to your current browsing session, not your customer account, so it will not carry over if you switch devices, change browsers, or clear your cookies.

If the 6-hour window expires before you complete your purchase, or if the session is lost, any unused credit will be refunded to your original form of payment.
